food allergy testingSometimes, for different reasons, our immune system doesn’t recognize some molecules coming from the food we eat  and this triggers an inflammatory immune reaction. This general inflammatory status is a physiological signal that our body is trying to protect itself.

Symptoms typical of allergic reaction include: nasal congestion, coughing, wheezing, itching, shortness of breath, headache, fatigue, hives and other skin rashes to name but a few.

Sometimes the symptoms are subclinical, meaning they are less evident. This can lead to chronic inflammation, which can lead to multiple, serious, health problems. For this reason it is very important to determine in advance if you have some food allergies or intolerances.

With our immunological food allergy test we will be able to detect from a sample of your blood  the food IG antibodies. To do this we use double patterns of highly specific antibodies for large numbers of different foods, beverages, preservatives and additives  commonly used by food industry.

Thanks to the latest and most accurate biomarkers, our immunological food allergy test claims 100% sensitivity, specificity and accuracy relative to conventional microplate-based ELISA.

With our immunological test we will give you the results in 40 minutes with no extra cost.*
